

John Blomberg is a Managing Director with AJS PARTNERS. John has been an Executive Recruiter serving the Rocky Mountain region since 1995. He started his career as a Wall Street analyst for a major New York Bank after graduating with a B.S. in Public Accounting from Pace University in New York City.
He started his recruiting career with Olsten Financial Staffing and was twice named the Executive Recruiter of the Year for the financial division.
Mr. Blomberg joined Adam James in January 2000 primarily focusing on searches in accounting, finance and operations.
Mr. Blomberg's philosophy is one that stresses a partnership with the clients and candidates whom he represents. John believes in treating people with respect and really listening to what is important.
Mr. Blomberg is active in his church and enjoys spending free time with his wife and children.
Bob Green is a Director in the Denver office of AJS Partners and performs senior level searches with a focus in accounting, finance and business related roles. Bob started his recruiting career in 1998 and over a 12 year span worked for a Fortune 500 recruiting/healthcare company, a specialty division of a national staffing firm and successfully ran his own company.
Bob has worked in many different capacities from an executive recruiter to vice president over an eight office territory with over 30 direct reports. Bob has been recognized as a top ten executive recruiter in the country by two different firms and earned other achievement awards.
Prior to his recruiting career, Bob was an accountant and worked for Arthur Andersen in their business outsourcing group and was later a controller for a distribution company. Bob is passionate about recruiting, focuses on building long term relationships and is a strong advocate for both his clients and candidates.
Warren Nadolsky is a Partner at AJS PARTNERS, a boutique executive recruiting firm that performs senior level search assignments for national and multinational clients.
Warren founded AJS PARTNERS in 1996 and has been involved in the start-up of several staffing related organizations, including practices in accounting/finance, information technology, light industrial and sales/marketing.
Prior to working for AJS PARTNERS, Warren worked as an audit manager in the audit practice for Deloitte & Touche in the Denver office. Warren is a licensed Certified Public Accountant and has a Bachelors of Business Administration from The University of Iowa.
Kenny Stakis is an Executive Recruiter with AJS PARTNERS in the Scottsdale, Arizona office. Kenny has lived in Scottsdale for 24 years and loves the area. Kenny has 10 years experience in sales, marketing and recruiting. He spent two years with a start up staffing company and developed it from a two person operation to a five person operation, conducting business development to fulfilling search assignments. Prior to entering the business world, Kenny attended Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff, Arizona where he was a member of the Sigma Chi Fraternity and received a Bachelor's of Science degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management.
When Kenny is not working he enjoys spending time with his wife; Heidi, his step-daughter; Jessi and his two dogs; Sammy and Foxy. Kenny also enjoys playing golf, cooking, working in the yard and is fan of all sports.
